By using our billing software (referred to as "Software", "Service"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using our software, website, or mobile application, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, email, phone number, and company details (including GST if applicable). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software strictly for lawful business purposes, including:
Creating and sending invoices
Managing customer and payment records
Using integrated financial and reporting tools
You agree NOT to:
Use the software for unlawful activities
Modify, reverse-engineer, or copy the software
Share login credentials without permission
Introduce malware, spam, or unauthorized data
A Free Trial (if offered) will be for a limited period, after which you must subscribe to continue using the service.
Paid Plans: You agree to pay the specified subscription fee based on your chosen plan.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions may auto-renew unless you cancel before the end of the billing cycle.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds once a billing cycle begins, except where legally required.
You own all business and personal data that you enter into the software. We do not sell or misuse your data.
We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy, including:
Personal & company information
Invoice & customer data
Device, technical, and cookie information
We process this data to deliver services, support, and legal compliance, using encryption, secure servers, and backups.
Your data is stored securely as long as your account is active. Upon termination or request, we will delete your data, except where legal or compliance obligations require us to retain it.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, upgrades, or external disruptions may impact accessibility.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You breach these Terms
Your subscription expires or remains unpaid
We detect abuse, fraud, or unauthorized use
You may also close your account anytime. Data will be retained only as per our retention policy or applicable laws.
All software code, design, branding, and related assets remain the intellectual property of Scriptlab Solutions OPC Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, resell, or repurpose any part of the platform.
Our software may integrate third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, SMS providers). You are subject to their separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party failures or data handling.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Loss of revenue, data, or business interruption
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Technical issues beyond our control
Our liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold Scriptlab Solutions OPC Pvt. Ltd. harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be communicated via email or displayed in the software interface. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
